Tattooing has progressed so much in the last decade. Tattoo artists currently have been stepping up the plate by showing the public that tattoos are not only for the "rebels' anymore. Tattoos are now finally looked at as another form of art instead of only a marking made with ink on the body. I love being able to take an idea and make it special for the customer. Everyone's personality and memories are so complex and individual, shouldn't their tattoos be just the same?

I started my apprenticeship in Jan of 2003 and started professionally tattooing at the end of May that year. Since then I have worked at a few other shops trying to find a place that I love and feel comfortable in. After my short escapade in owning a tattoo shop with a fellow artist, I decided I wanted to take time to focus on artwork minus all the other worries. That's when I came to Visual Expressions in September of 2006, and I have loved it ever since.
